About Us

Rosehollow Property Solutions is a family-run, independent damp and mould investigation business based in West Yorkshire. We provide professional investigation and reporting services for landlords, letting and managing agents, housing providers and homeowners.
Our experience with property spans more than 25 years. During that time, we have renovated, managed and let properties across West Yorkshire, including our own portfolio of predominantly older terraced homes.
That experience has given us first-hand knowledge of the challenges that damp, mould and condensation can create. We understand how frustrating and costly these problems can become, particularly when the underlying cause is incorrectly identified and unnecessary remedial work is carried out.
After encountering and resolving damp and mould issues within our own properties, we developed our knowledge through specialist training and professional qualification in damp surveying. We are now qualified damp surveyors, with certification through the Federation of Damp.
Independent, not sales-led
A key difference with Rosehollow is that we don't sell damp-proofing treatments or remedial systems.
Our service is focused on investigating the property, gathering evidence and identifying the likely causes of damp, mould or excessive moisture. We then provide a clear written report explaining our findings and recommending appropriate next steps.
Because we have no treatment or remediation products to sell, our recommendations aren't influenced by the need to generate additional work.
